Laurie C. Nash, M.D. is a board-certified internist and primary care physician caring for people of all ages at her Park Avenue office in New York City.  

 

Dr. Nash began her education at Tufts University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree. She then studied medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, earning her medical degree in 1990.  She did her residency in internal medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia campus. 

Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Nash has been in private practice for more than 25 years. She has been a voluntary attending at New York-Presbyterian Hospital; Weill Cornell since 1995 and Lenox Hill Hospital-Northwell Health since 1997.

Dr. Nash offers a wide range of services.


Among the services provided are annual physical exams, acute or chronic illness management,  vaccinations, preoperative medical clearance, medically supervised weight loss, smoking cessation, and psychopharmacology,.

 

In complex medical cases, Dr. Nash will partner with other members of your medical team to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.

Her style is simple and straightforward: focus on each patient as an individual with the goal of addressing any current complaints while also promoting overall health and wellness. She seeks to treat the whole person and provides comprehensive preventive health services.
